We collect information you provide when registering, creating listings, publishing articles, booking consultants, or enrolling in courses. This includes your name, email, phone number, company details, and payment information.
2. How We Use Your Information
To create and manage your account, display your business listing in the public directory, facilitate consultant bookings and e-learning enrolment, process payments via Stripe, and send transactional emails.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with: Stripe (for payment processing), email service providers (Resend/SendGrid for transactional emails), and as required by applicable law.
4. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Media files are stored in Supabase Storage with access controls. All connections are encrypted via TLS.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data. You may export your profile and listing data at any time.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies are used to understand platform usage. You may disable non-essential cookies via browser settings.
7. Children's Privacy
ABCN is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.
